Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm ET ship out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will normally ship on the following Monday. UPS ground shipping to the east coast is 2 business days, west coast - 4 business days - Florida is 3 business days. USPS priority mail shipping is available for most orders, and normal transit time is 1-3 days within the lower 48 states. Expedited shipping is also available. Just add items to your cart, then click on the Shipping Estimate button. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Shipping confirmations are sent via email on the day of shipment after 5pm ET.
Free Standard Shipping:
BrightGuy is currently offering Free standard shipping on orders with a product total of $50 or more shipping within the lower 48 states. Standard shipping will be USPS mail or UPS ground (at BrightGuy's discretion). Some items are excluded from this Free shipping offer. Please allow 4-8 days for delivery when choosing free shipping. BrightGuy reserves the right to discontinue free shipping at any time.

Shipping to APO Addresses:
All APO orders are shipped via priority mail, insured. Shipping confirmations are sent via email on the day of shipment after 5pm ET. Actual shipping charges will be added to the order.
Orders shipping outside the US and Canada are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). For online international orders, the BrightGuy website calculates an estimated shipping charge. We will send email notification of the actual shipping charge for customer approval before shipping and billing. Please keep in mind that for all international orders there may be import duties and/or taxes due. There may also be additional UPS brokerage fees due, and those fees may be high. The customer is responsible for any and all additional charges. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges on returned items, replacement items and exchanges including defective items.

To mail in your order, please follow the instructions above for fax orders. Then instead of faxing your printed order, just mail it to BrightGuy along with your check or money order. BrightGuy uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into unreadable code. For online orders, your information is securely transmitted to the credit card processor, and we do not receive or store your credit card number. We currently use Paypal for credit card processing.
Warranty and Returns:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from BrightGuy, simply return the item within 30 days. The item must be returned in new condition (without engraving, scratches or any other damage), in original boxes, with parts and accessories and with all paperwork to insure full product credit. (Note: Shipping charges are refunded for defective products only). We will promptly send a replacement or issue credit (to the original form of payment) for the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Ship returns to BrightGuy at the address below. We recommend that you insure any items being returned, because we can issue credit only for items received.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges for any replacement order - including defective items.

This information is required to provide you with the best ordering experience possible.
